Hello OLV Families!!!

If you haven’t already turned in your Letter of Intent to Return please do as soon as possible.  A copy can be found attached to this email.

The carnival is this Sunday, May 3rd.  Here are some very important things you need to know!Pre sale carnival scrip ticket orders are DUE THURSDAY, APRIL 30TH BY 4PM (NO ORDERS WILL BE TAKEN AFTER 4PM).  See attached flyer for order form.

Parent participation hours- each K-8th family is required to work a minimum of 6 hours toward the carnival, Preschool families are are required to work a minimum of 4 hours toward the carnival.  If you have NOT yet signed up for hours please contact the office so we can schedule your hours.  You may be billed for incomplete parent participation hours so please sign up.

DONATIONS – Items are needed for the Country Store and Cake Walk – Please see attached flyers for more information.  Also, if you have a garden hoses that can be borrowed for the water area at the carnival please contact the OLV Office ASAP!!!! Please call Amy Hirata at 229-0205 if you can donate, she has a list of specific items.

RAFFLE TICKETS-  Sell sell sell… the more we sell the more we make!
