March 5, 2013

This week Principal’s letter is written by Jeff Cardinale regarding the 5th Annual Rebel Golf Tournament.  This is a fun filled event so don’t miss out!  Register NOW to ensure your Rebel Golf polo will be ready the day of the event!  See Family Envelope for registration form.

Deborah J.V. Nettell

Dear OLV Family:

Mrs. Nettell is off playing a round of golf getting ready for the tournament so I am filling in for her this week. Our 5th Annual Rebel Golf Tournament is around the corner, on March 22 at Fig Garden Golf Club in Fresno.
We are going to have a great time and a chance to win lots of great prizes, including a swing to win tuition for a year (up to $10,000) PLUS $10,000 for the school. We have all kinds of great raffle prizes and you can meet and golf with some former NFL stars like Zach Follett.

Whether you’re a great golfer or think a birdie is what chirps in the trees (next to your last hit off the tee), anyone can win a prize at the tourney: we offer trophies for first, second and last place, closest to the pin, longest drive and best dressed male and female golfer!

There is one thing you need to know: in order to guarantee your complementary tournament polo in time for the tourney, we need your order form, with polo shirt sizes by NEXT MONDAY, March 11.

If you need volunteer hours, we have plenty of opportunities, where all you have to do is sit under a shady tree and watch golfers- how’s THAT for easy? We can also use help making lunches and other easy tasks.

If you would like to play, or volunteer, please pick up a flyer or email, call me at any of the contacts below.
Thanks and let’s take a swing for our school!

Go in peace and say “FORE!”
