April 15, 2015

I hope your Easter break was restful and restorative.  I spent the first three days in my pajamas! On Monday the teachers and I spent the day working on our WASC accreditation document. We are making great progress and I feel very blessed to be working with a faculty that is both intelligent and dedicated to our school.

A few weeks ago our teachers were given contracts for the 2015-2016 school year.  Next year’s staff will be:

Kindergarten- Mrs. Marquez

First Grade-  Mrs. Ramirez

Second Grade- Ms Perez

Third Grade- Mrs. Sutton

Fourth Grade- Miss Cash

Fifth Grade- TBA

Sixth Grade- Miss Cabral

Seventh Grade- TBA

Eighth Grade- Mrs. Mason

We will be saying good-bye to Mrs. Wukits our 5th grade teacher and Mr. Wukits our 7th grade teacher.  Mrs. Wukits’ career goals require her to teach in public school.  She has taught for Our Lady of Victory  School for the past four years and  I am grateful for her many talents  that she has shared with us! Mr. Wukits plans to teach high school science.  He has made science for our middle school students fun!  Please keep team Wukits in your prayers as they look for their new jobs and we wish them great success in their future!

Please keep me in your prayers as I begin interviewing teachers for next year. Go in peace and don’t run in the halls!
