Last Thursday, the staff attended a music and math workshop put on by Creative Mathematics. A portion of this workshop was spent on brain-based learning. We learned about neurolinguistic programming which helps students transfer information from their short term memory into their long term memory. Last week our 6th graders spent four days up at Santa Teresita Youth Conference Center in Three Rivers California. The reviews from the campers and the adults were very positive!
